Your weight is made up of muscle, fat, and water. The key to effective weight loss is losing excess body fat, not overall body weight. Weight loss is not the same as fat loss. Instead of tracking how heavy you are, use body composition analysis to track how healthy you really are.

Owner-Head Coach

With 10 years of full time Personal training  experience and knowledge, you can rest easy knowing you are in professional hands.  

My certifications include:

  • Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science

  • International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Personal Trainer Certification

  • Poliquin Personal Trainer Level 1

  • NESTA Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist Certification 

  • Precision Nutrition Certification

  • Contributor to Boise Weekly and T Nation Fitness articles. 

NEW LOCATION!  6423 West Ustick Road, Boise.  3500 hundred square foot space with specialized equipment the big box gyms are missing.  Perfect specialized equipment to work with post-rehabilitation or prior injuries.  I work with athletes, weight loss focus, strength training, and all ages with any limitations.  We keep a limited number of trainers on the floor at the same time, making it more COVID safe and private compared to other gyms in the Treasure Valley.
